Your document is read in the run and deleted afterwards. Your answers are kept so the next form takes minutes instead of hours.
Most tenders are under NDA. That is the normal case here.
We are asking you to upload a document you are contractually obliged to keep quiet about. So here is what happens to it, and what to do when uploading it is not an option.
It exists for the length of the run and is deleted when the run ends. It is not stored, not backed up, not used to train a model, and no person at enhanced.io opens it.
Client names, commercial terms, pricing and everything else in the document go with the file. What we keep is the security questions and what you said, so the next form is quick.
Copy the security questions in and leave the document where it is. You lose the automatic extraction. Everything after that works exactly the same.
If your client's terms rule out third-party processing of the document in any form, say so on a call and we will work through the form with you instead. That route holds no document at all.
Ask it from wherever you already work
Members get a connection they can add to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or their own tooling. Once it is connected, you ask bid questions in ordinary language and the answers come back without opening this page.
The reason to connect it rather than paste your tender into a chat window: a general assistant does not know what you run, so it writes a plausible answer and you sign it. This one answers from what you have told us, and where it has nothing, it says so.
